The trip is based on one room for two people, single-occupancy rooms may be available at an extra cost.
Trip documents will not be issued without this form completed and submitted by June 30, 2022.
Name changes will be subject to an additional charge, based on the specific rules of that airline.
Cancellation by the participant is subject to any and all penalties assessed by any of the suppliers.
